International Exchanges and Return
Due to Import Tax on items returned back from outside Pakistan, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges. However, a product can be exchanged only if it was received damaged while shipping or at source and must be informed to us within 5 days of receiving your order. If 5 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
